The much-discussed takeover of Manchester United has now become just the sale of a minority stake in the club. This week saw Sheikh Jassim withdraw from the race, leaving OGC Nice's owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe as the only bidder. But now instead of paying £5bn for the whole club, the deal now looks to be £1.25bn for 25%

What all this means for the club's future is anyone's guess but Gary Neville knows one thing - it has to include a place called Manchester United World. Could his vision of Old Trafford and the surrounding area make it the Happiest Place on Earth™?
