Sound of Football Podcast 280 - Comebacks

Last Sunday saw a couple of thrilling comebacks, both for teams who style themselves with the prefix "AFC". In the Premier League, Bournemouth took all three points after twice being two goals down against Liverpool. That result came hot on the heels of Wimbledon shattering the FA Cup dreams of National League North side Curzon Ashton by wiping out a three goal margin to win in the final 10 minutes.

On this week's pod, Graham, Terry and Jan talk about their own experiences of comebacks — both for and against their respective teams. One perhaps not too surprising observation that emerges is that the better the comeback, the less likely you are of sticking around to see it.
