Sound Of Football Podcast 233 - I don't like Mondays

Monday night isn't a good time to go to a football match but it's a great night to stay in and watch one on TV. No wonder then that FC United of Manchester - a club created to serve the needs of the attending fans - weren't very happy when they were told they are to be playing in that slot in the 1st Round of the FA Cup.

Is their opposition to the power of TV a righteous stand against runaway commercialisation or a Canute-like act of futility - Graham, Terry and Jan discuss the rights and wrongs of TV scheduling and its impact on football.

Sound Of Football Podcast 232 - Time travel special

In celebration of Back To The Future Day, Graham, Terry and Jan decide to jump in their time machine (like one in a film they've seen) and look at what fun they could have shaping football to their will.

What would you do? See a classic match? Change the course of history? Or brutally gun down everyone in the phone book with a certain name? All these and more are covered along with the odd paradox thrown in.

Sound Of Football Podcast 231 - The Normal One

Jürgen Klopp has arrived in the Premier League. After winning back to back Bundesliga titles with Dortmund and nurturing some of Europe's most wanted talent, Liverpool fans have every right to be excited. Meanwhile we've sent Jan to the Stadium of Light to report on the feelings of the locals to the arrival of Big Sam at Sunderland - we're not expecting similar levels of excitement on Wearside.

Sound Of Football Podcast 230 - A house divided

With the need to change FIFA seeming more pressing than ever, Terry, Jan and returning host Graham ponder some radical ideas for the future of the global governing body.

Could a party based system, with an official opposition leader be the solution? Would it provide the democracy and transparency the sick organisation needs or just make matters worse?
